Vimio (vimio.com) has this Live TV application that is worth a try.
This screen-shot was taken on a low speed n/w (no EDGE/3G) using my E70. I have seen better quality when tried on EDGE n/w.
The voice quality is good. The channel list includes CNN, Sky News, Travel Channel etc.
